Do I need to order an inner ring with my needle roller bearing?
It depends on your machine design. Some needle roller bearings run directly on a hardened shaft, while others need a separately specified inner ring. Tell us the part number or send the drawing, and we include the inner ring in the check before quoting.
Which dimensions do you need to quote a cam follower?
Send the roller outer diameter, the stud thread and the outer ring profile, plus the INA designation if it is readable. A matching roller diameter alone does not guarantee the part fits.
Can you quote thrust washers with axial needle roller bearings?
Yes. List the washer part numbers your thrust assembly requires and we quote them together with the bearing, so the assembly arrives complete.
Will you supply a substitute part without asking?
No. Any alternative is clearly marked as a separate item in the quotation, and any technical change needs your approval before the order.
